Fees once paid is Non-Refundable.

A One Time Registration is mandatory for each individual enrolling for any studio yoga practice.

Fee or Packages are applicable only for A single month between 1st to 30th or 15th to 14th of a month

Fee paid will not be carry forwarded to next month if the client had missed any session of A particular month.

All contracts and admissions are Dully signed by founder & owner by GOPALA KRISHNA T only

Contracts signed without props assistance clients or group will not be permitted to use the props reserved or available in the studio.

Clients have to bring their own mats and props for the practice as the contracts signed without props.

Studio shall facilitate the clients with props available in the studio only of the client or group agrees to sign up with props contracts or classes.

Initial deposit of one month fee payment of the session or contract is mandatory to avail the props at their premises.

Offers / Discounts or exemptions do not apply for the month of February. if the client fails to continue the practice or skips the sessions in the month of February, where no discounts shall be applied for the next two consecutive months.

If the client or group cancels the class under any any circumstances after the arrival of the therapist or trainer at the gate of clients home or premises of practice, or during the commencement of the online class scheduled on any designated days, then the day or the hour of session will be considered to been conducted.

If the client or any group member misses or cancels the class or an appointment continuously, then every "3" classes shall be counted as one class been conducted. if the client or the group informs about the cancellation before "24" hours then A minimum charges will be applied as the part of compensation for the day or session.

Cancellation of the classes on the same day or just before the session is not appreciated.

Each of the above mentioned sessions does not have a duration set; Timings may vary depending on each individual's condition during the sessions. However A typical session time varies between 45 - 60 minutes both online & offline.

Price of each service may vary from each sessions depending on the requirements of the energy and time consumed for it.

yoga session price will be revised every "3" years once, as well as yoga therapy, osteopathy, massage and other therapies.

Under any circumstances if the client request for a cancellation of the course prior to the commencement of the program, then A minimum of 1000/- will be deducted as A consultation fee and 80% of the fee paid will be refunded through online banking only, after deducting the online transaction charges. includes studio, home visits, personal training & online class.

If the cancellation is made after the commencement of the program, then 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded if the classes conducted is below 50%, if the classes exceeds 50% then the total number of the classes attended will be considered and calculated on a daily or weekly basis and remaining balance will be refunded through online banking only.

The above cancellation policy is applicable only if the total paid amount is equal to the complete program amount. Applicable for osteopathy, massage, yoga therapy, yoga and other alternative therapies. Both offline and online.

If A client chooses installments then the refund policy does not apply, and no refund will be done. All of the above terms and conditions apply only to A single person or group and do not apply to any other representation. The above terms & conditions Cannot be clubbed with any other offers and packages. Including Registration of the particular batch. No refund will be paid on registration and consultation charges, including Paid trail classes.

The management holds the right to cancel / terminate one's service, contracts, studio classes, personal training due to un-avoidable circumstances or bad weather or on un conditional traffic and bad roads, with no proper parking facilities at clients place. Only partial refund will be done based upon the sessions conducted.
